Came to aid when home grouting got messy

"Glenn was very kind and came to my aid when my home-grouting attempt got messy. He helped me re-silicon my bath area and calmed my nerves with what I'd done wrong. He was very kind, polite, punctual, tidy and professional. I would definitely use Glenn again. My bathroom looks lovely now."
